What good does it do to download the rate chart when you can't even read it because it has "stamps.com" repeadedly acrossed it. It hides the rates. Not sure what the purpose of this is. Not useful, that is for sure!

Hey, thanks a lot STAMPS.COM, your watermark is so bold it covers the cost. This chart is worthless. Did anyone even bother checking this before posting it for download? I tried printing this out and it was a MESS. Please get rid of the background color while you're at it. I don't need a "dressy" looking chart, just one that's legible.

every time i try to download the chart, the words 'stamps.com' are printed diagonally across the charts, making them unreadable. what's up with that?

I have 2 orders that need to be shipped asap, need large boxes and the Regional rate box C is perfect, but the charts show that I'm supposed to pay over $30 to ship these from 97006 to zones in central and eastern parts of the country, while, if I put these orders in some old beat up box, they will ship for around $11.50. I'm sorry but I am totally confounded by this issue and have searched usps.com, and everything I can find in a search and come up with no answers. I sent out some orders using this regional rate box last week and my customers were happy. I used the rate that came up in my stamps.com program for priority mail and sent them off, totally unaware that there was any kind of "special rate" for regional boxes. Now I see on charts that the cost is outrageously higher to use these boxes, while the website declares that they are economical alternatives. Customers were happy & I didn't hear any complaint about anyone being charged an extra $29 at the door nor did any boxes come back demanding more postage. What am I just not getting with these charts?

What's the deal with the frequency with which errors, delays and such are occurring of late? It seems every day it's something new. Can't purchase postage, can't print a label, can't log in... What's going on?

The seemingly daily problems are becoming a serious burden to my business.

Hi Tom, Thanks for your comment. The reason we do not list all of the proposed 2013 USPS postage rates is due to the fact the new rates have not been approved by the Postal Rate Commission yet. Once they are approved and set in stone, we will have a second blog post (along with a webinar) showing all the rates in full details. Let us know if you have any questions.

Why is it so difficult for this site to spell out the exact prices for mailing services? i.e. certified mail cost? Do I have to make a guess and multiply 5.1% by $1.95 to get the answer? How about a chart USPS? Businesses need to have this information to operate at a profit.

Stamps.com data retrieval is incredibly slow especially on Mondays. Now that that the peak mailing is upon us, data transfer is incredibly slow period. Some data I like to share with my buyers, and I don't want to wait 2hrs or longer to get it. Waste of time and money

I'm running version 9 and everything is working ok with exception to the history retrieval --this is an issue with their servers. They are incredibly slow on Monday's, and now that the peak mailing season is upon us, they are incredibly slow period. I want to add certain data to my buyer's sales record, and I don't want to wait 2hrs or more to do it... time is money. Maybe I need to spend my money somewhere else

I agree the flat-rate padded envelope is great. Sadly USPS only allows you to order 15 at a time. My strategy is to order them, then immediatly re-order when the order arrives. I have also ordered them thru stamps.com, but received the wrong item (flat-rate envelope instead of the flat-rate PADDED envelope). Sometimes it can take a long time for USPS to deliver these after placing the order.

I went to the website for BubbleFast and they don't have the product listed. Is it possible that they don't have it for sale yet? I searched " scotty stuffer" and it came up with no products. maybe find the link to the product and post in your next blog???

Great video and good info been using this method since the Flat Rate Padded Envelope was released. I know the video's ment for selling product long term, but you can also order the USPS Priority 1096-L box. Does the same thing at no extra charge :)
